By accessing and using this website (www.allmusicmart.com), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.     Unless otherwise outlined in a formal purchase agreement between you and All Music Mart, these Terms of Use constitute the full and binding agreement between you and All Music Mart. You may not modify or supplement this agreement through any alternate documents or communications. Any unauthorized attempt to modify these terms will be considered null and void.

✅ 2. Acceptance of Orders
    By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Orders are only considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email or once we dispatch the product(s). All Music Mart reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

💳 3. Pricing & Availability
    • Product prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
    • The MRP (Maximum Retail Price) is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price and may not reflect the actual selling price.
    • We frequently sell products below MRP. No implication is made that any product has been sold at MRP.

    We accept multiple payment options:

    • NEFT / UPI / Bank Transfers

📦 5. Shipping, Taxes & Risk of Loss
    • Shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout.
    • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
    • As a precaution, we may hold initial orders or those with alternate shipping addresses for verification.
    • Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

🛡️ 6. Limited Warranty
    All new products come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.
All Music Mart provides no separate warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

🔁 7. 10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
    If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 10 days from the delivery date for:
    • A full refund of the product price
    • An exchange, or
    • Store credit

    Return Conditions:
    • Item must be in unused condition with original packaging, manuals, and warranty card.
    • Products must not show signs of wear or damage.
    • Improper packaging or damage during return shipping may result in a 15% restocking fee or rejection of the return.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.

🚫 8. Non-Returnable Items (Unless Defective)
    • Opened or used strings, reeds
    • Software, audio interfaces, MIDI keyboards that require registration
    • Earphones, earplugs, wind instruments, harmonicas, saxophones
    • Installed pickups, drumheads, drumsticks
    • Books, CDs, DVDs, cassettes
    • Items with missing/altered serial numbers
    • Open-box items (unless non-functional on arrival)
    • Products damaged due to power surges, misuse, or unapproved modifications
