    • The warranty period and coverage vary by brand and product category.
    • Products covered under warranty that show signs of manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge at the respective Authorized Service Centre.
    • The warranty is valid within India only and subject to manufacturer policies.
    • To claim warranty service, customers must provide:

        ◦ The original warranty card (if included with the product)

🚫 Items Not Covered Under Warranty
    The following are not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty:
    • Consumable accessories such as:
        ◦ USB cables, power adapters, batteries, strings        
    • Wear and tear of components, including:
        ◦ Frets, saddles, nuts, pickguards, straps, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, and plated surfaces
    • Environmental or user-related damage, including:
        ◦ Warping or cracking due to changes in temperature or humidity
        ◦ Damage from sweat, chemicals, polish, sunlight, fire, or moisture
        ◦ Issues caused by stands or hangers made of rubber, vinyl, or plastic
    • Routine maintenance or setup work such as:
        ◦ Intonation, string action, truss rod adjustments, or cleaning
    • Damage from modifications, customization, or improper usage
    • Electronic malfunctions due to:
        ◦ Dust, dirty environments, or battery leakage
    • Serial number tampering or missing serial numbers
    • Products serviced by unauthorized technicians
