At All Music Mart, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality musical instruments and accessories. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return and exchange policy.

General Return Conditions
    • All returned products must be in brand-new, unused condition with the original packaging, including all accessories, owner’s manual, and warranty card (if available).
    • Products must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date for non-satisfaction returns.
    • All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our customer service team.


⚠️ Packing & Restocking Fee
  To avoid any damage during return transit:
     • Items must be securely packed in the original packaging as received.
     • Improper or careless packaging that results in damage, dents, or wear may result in a 15% restocking fee, or the return may be refused entirely.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Unless Defective)
  For hygiene, software licensing, or usage reasons, the following items are non-returnable, except in case of manufacturing defects:

    • Opened or used sets of strings, reeds, earphones, earplugs, wind instruments (e.g. harmonicas, saxophones)
    • Computer software, audio interfaces, MIDI keyboards, and any product that requires registration
    • Items with installed pickups, or modified components
    • Drumsticks, drumheads, books, CDs, DVDs, cassette tapes, and videos
    • Any product with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers
    • Open box items (unless found non-functional upon arrival; contact us immediately)
    • Products damaged by incorrect power supply, voltage fluctuations, or negligence

  • Pack the item securely in the same condition and packaging in which it was received.

💳 Refund Process
    • Refunds apply to product value only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
    • Refunds or full store credit will be issued as per your preference.
    • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and verified.
    • All refunds are subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

Return Exceptions
    • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery, with supporting photos or videos.
    • Items with missing accessories must also be reported within 2 days. No claims will be entertained after this period.
    • Products reported with valid issues will be replaced or fully refunded.

    This return policy is only applicable to online purchases made through our website.
    Products purchased directly from our showroom after personal inspection are not eligible for return or exchange.
